The Atlantic CDC’s Board of Directors is drawn primarily from its
founding partner organizations. They presently consist of: | |
A member shall be any Canadian federal agency; any Atlantic Canadian provincial agency; any university, college, museum or other academic/research institution; any for-profit corporate organization; any non-profit environmental organization; or any individual who provides an annual and/or substantial, unrestricted one-time contribution to the Atlantic CDC that, in the judgement of the Board, significantly sustains the Atlantic CDC; and has been accepted by the Board as a member. (A member provides funds that are used, in whole or in part, to sustain core Atlantic CDC needs/activities, as opposed to funds for project related deliverables; a contributor is not necessarily a member.) |
